Wellbeing and Stress Management with the Brain Booth
The Library Brain Booth (BB) is an experiential space to learn about the mind body connection and how to reduce stress and optimize learning.

The Library Brain Booth seeks to introduce the Humboldt State community to international scientific research on the effects of mindfulness, attention, and contemplation through hands-on tools and activities in an experiential setting.

Students are especially encouraged to explore the positive impacts that taking an intentional brain break can have on their academic success.

**Please note: In an effort to build a learning community during each workshop,
entrance to the session will be closed when ~20 folks join.
